Wardrobe is an essential part of your boudoir session, using proper wardrobe that is not only beautiful but that flatters your body is just one of the many ways we ensure your session is a success. It doesn’t have to be complicated. I am a believer in stripping down and keeping it basic. Less is more!

Most of our clients use our fantastic client wardrobe, and some opt to shop and bring their own hand selected pieces. Feel free to reach out with questions any time so we can help you through this part of the process.

It’s important that we focus on what you are going to wear, in a way that the outfits don’t take away from YOU! When we focus too much on stand-out outfits and props, we lose focus on our goal, which is to EMPOWER YOU!

It’s our job to empower you and provide you with a body positive experience. It’s about reconnecting you with you: your femininity, sensuality, your sexuality, and your womanhood. We want to leave you with timeless images that you and your loved ones will cherish for the rest of your lives.

We have curated a 200+ item Client Wardrobe that is always growing. Our unique pieces are inclusive for all women of any shape and size.. The Client Wardrobe includes several styles of lingerie, robes, tanks, shoes, jewelry, and more. There is no rental fee for using items from the Client Wardrobe! It’s all included as part of your experience with our studio.d

Tips For Selecting Your Boudoir Session Wardrobe

Wear what makes you feel sexy.

Boudoir sessions are all about bringing your sexy side, so if you put something on and you feel uncomfortable, move on to the next option. Consider it sort of like searching for the perfect wedding dress. When you put it on and can't help but spin in front of the mirror or think, "Heck yes, I'm sexy!" then that is the piece you should wear on shoot day.

Consider what Your Partner likes, too.

Maybe they love you in the color red, or still talk about that body suit you wore a couple years ago. If your partner is into sports, arts, or a certain hobby, play into that as well. If you are doing the session specifically for you, then your tastes and likes are all that matter from our perspective. We are happy to guide you and provide feedback wardrobe selection for your boudoir session.

Opt for lingerie that flatters your favorite parts.

What feature do you love most about yourself? That's where we can focus and select something that really shows off that feature. Choose a piece that accentuates whatever features you love most about yourself.

Footwear matters, too.

It's so easy to go into a less-than-classy vibe depending on your footwear. Our suggestion: keep it simple. Patterns, baubles, bells, whistles, and more than three inches of heel can all lean towards “too much.” Instead, opt for shoes that scream "sexy sophistication." FYI: Heels can also do a lady good when it comes to posture and accentuating muscles in her legs.

Create your comfort zone

We want you: vulnerable, exposed, raw, and extremely beautiful. This doesn't mean we want you to be uncomfortable or pushed outside your comfort zone, it means that we want YOU to be the focus of the image and not a flashy outfit or a distracting prop. If it feels right to you, then that is the best wardrobe choice you can make. If you for any reason feel uncomfortable with a certain piece we recommend, please let us know so we can make sure we work with what you find comforting.
